Cancellation Policy
MUST give a 48hr notice if you wish to reschedule. failure to do so results in losing deposit and pay a 50% cancellation fee. deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Same day cancellations lose their deposits as well + must send new deposit for new appt.
10 minute grace period. after 10 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and must pay a 50% cancellation fee.
